something wrong with my Account?

Umm for some reason, i was hanging out with Jeroen & i d/ced.. idk why but my guild d/ced me.. when I logged back in.. all my stuff was gone, i was left with a masked hat & my Work glove, & some pirate stuff, but all my skills were gone, all my nx clothes were gone, EVERYTHING.. & when i wanna go to the Cash Shop, it goes & d/ced before I even get to see myself, so i thought "whatever" so when I went to go train again, like a little noob, I d/c by hitting 1 snail.. , can you help me?.. -____-

The items, and skills I don't know why that happened.
While killing the snail was there?
1. Players on that map training/killing anything?
2. Lots of drops?
3. A player disconnected randomly signed on and you disconnected 5-10 seconds after?
Any of those could play a factor in why you disconnected. Also your computer maybe couldn't handle the awesome power of the almighty snail.

Possibly your IGN is the problem since it is under the limit of characters you can use. 4 is the lowest and you're at 3 which could cause a problem. Not sure exactly but that could be a reason than I guess. e.e
