Why I should be hired as a GM:
First off i would like to say that I am very mature for my age. I am fun but serious when i need to be. I don't blow situations out of proportion, I handle them well. I am very active even more then usual since it is summer vacation. Anyone that needs help they have my attention and I'll do my best to help them out. I would never abuse the power of being a Game Master. I would always be reliable to you, all of the staff and every other person in this server.
Why I should be chosen over other applicants:
I'm extremely courteous to all participants. I'm very helpful and get along with everyone. I am helping to recruit pleople to this server and keep it populated. I will continue to do this whether I am hired or not.
How often I am online: I am online from 8AM-9PM.
Final Comments: I am very dedicated to this server and always will be. You have my word I will never let you down!

Lack of experience, same "arguments" of why you should be gm as everyone else. Sub-par.

I agree with Megan, if you want to be a GM, you have to make your GM App amazing!!, add some more detail..

Asking to get hired as a GM directly when you arrive in a server isn't best way to get hired... Just saying
