Vote Point NPC - Careless

When i try to picking up a chair, it's not work.
I have 6 Vote Point. Requirement 5 Vote Point per.Chair.
When i try to click it, it doesnt give me D/c or Anything.
Its Just i dont receive the Chair, but my Vote Point's still the same.

ATM we are in beta. not everything is working. the votepoints npc is 50% done. i hope today it will be done:D
